An illustration inspired by memories from the mountains. It was created as an abstract interpretation of scenery and atmosphere discovered among the highest peaks. I love spending time in the mountains and coming up with ideas of how I can replicate their charisma in my illustrations.

My interest in mountains and their appearance also involves mountain sports. Below I present the character study of a ski mountaineer and his role in the sport on the one hand, his connection to nature through sport on the other, intending to evoke a respect for mountains and their surrounding nature.
